You have your tuition slip, putting inside your bag, holding in your hand to this SA student lobby, seeing if there is any receptionalist, you show that slip to this guy, might be the very student in UB as well or your own university name. You say, "I am a freshman to come here to pay my bill across us in the UB common, are you the student here?"

"Do you know any graduate student association other than the undergraduate student association, and what are their floors at?"

You go and meet your own undergraduate SA president (your comic book Blue book, other than the Sailor Moon -the very first story)

You asking them the office, when is the next election and whom in the club or the fratenity in this entire SA office under your bracket, are those whom can be nominee, are those the club presidents. "With this slip in my hand, can I go voting here? I have heard such activities to participate, I just want to come and check it out, will that be this year?"

"Is he a political science major?"

"I have heard that New York State local representative when the New York State having an election, or something voting stuff, they have an office the secretary pick up a call. In my major chemistry department building, this secretary pick up my call to forward to my advisor. That is how I got schedule an appointment. I wonder if you are here doing the same."
