You boil the pasta

You scoop the electric cooker anything inside to this cup cake base of the mode, you cover that on the top = that is their Irish Shepard's pie (for the groups food and the individual side dishes) 

That doesn't need a whole afternoon. Its from the electric cooker. 

You marinate the red potato + rosemary, at the same time as the electric cooker to cook. So when you filling in the Shepard's pie, you put the red potato to bake too.

You got 3 side dishes.

1. Baked Red Potato (rosemary marinated)

2. Irish Shepard's pie (cup)

3. Boiled pasta done + the creme or the cheese (Ireland their recipe white looking macaroni and cheese)
