I don't stay on the phone or the computer nor the facebook when I am in the same house with another person?! Eating healthy, you can still eating the home made sauce, be clean, be attentive?! The White rice, you always have to wash it

The assort rice, you use the oil + some a lot more water if you adding tooooo many things, you can just added the green onion or the chive. Washing washing washing, they have the parasites eggs in it, so use the salt, and keep soaking, washing, dumping the water, and let that water run. You can wash the cilantro and the green onion in a different basket. I process that so often, I might be processing the different green all at the same time. You have to like it how to "harvest" this herbs, those today you don't need to do that. MH or the Amazon whom Dr. Christopher company they doing that harvesting.
