There is another staying on the same point, like right arm, left leg, but your thigh goes very high,a curve forward down, from where you stand, right....now lift up, don't put it down, move your shin bone forward as far as it stepping it down.

So you depends on how you lifting as high as that thigh to Step leaping out as if.

And you coordinate your 2 arms.
