No, the guys don't know.
But the American side knows you smoke, and you took the drugs whichever that comes from. Or You bang your hand somewhere on purpose including the steeling wheel. In America they heal you if you already told the court upon when you get jailed or something you are highly emotional. You know that yourself and you being honest. Those are all fine. They did take care. You need to use your brain how to get better on your own. You keep believing it, and you probably want to take the drugs to hurt yourself every single time. The jail is free, the mental hospital is costly.
